The brief behind the build
Store managers sit on mountains of data — sales, stock, footfall — but most of it surfaces too late to act on. Jinnlabs set out to flip that: an AI layer that watches the numbers and tells managers what needs attention, right now.
The design challenge was turning an AI engine into something a busy manager actually trusts — alerts that feel timely, not noisy, and analytics that answer the question rather than dumping a chart on the screen.
